Managed Content and Editorial Assets.

All services are delivered digitally. We do not provide physical goods, and no physical shipping is required for any transaction.

3. Purchase and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

4. Digital Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

Fulfillment begins immediately upon receipt of the client's Technical Project Brief. Standard delivery timelines for audits and setups are 5-10 business days. Delivery is considered "Complete" when the digital files are sent to the client’s registered email address or access is granted to the managed ad account.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Upon full payment, Swiper No Swiping LLC grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered assets (Reports, Content, Ad Copy) for their specific business purposes. We retain all rights to our internal methodologies, forensic tools, and proprietary "Zero Friction" frameworks used during the production process.

6. Prohibited Use (No "Swiping")

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Attempting to circumvent our payment gateways or security protocols.
Using our technical reports to engage in illegal or unethical "black-hat" digital practices.
Reselling our strategic assets without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we utilize forensic-level data to optimize growth, Swiper No Swiping LLC does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or search ranking positions, as these are subject to third-party algorithm volatility (Google, Meta, etc.). Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service package in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Alabama.
