Policy Summary: We offer a 100% refund for any service package purchased if the request is made before work has commenced. Once technical analysis or campaign architecture has begun, fees are generally non-refundable due to the labor-intensive nature of digital production.
1. Refund Eligibility
Eligibility for a refund is determined by the "Service Commencement" status:

4. Recurring Subscriptions
For monthly managed services (The Accelerator or Enterprise Suite):

- No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations once the monthly management labor has been initiated.
