Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the specialized nature of construction services, our refund policy is strictly milestone-based.

1. Deposits: Project deposits are used for immediate mobilization and the ordering of long-lead materials. Deposits are non-refundable once site work begins or materials are procured.

2. Milestones: Payments made for completed work milestones are non-refundable as they represent labor and materials already deployed.

3. Disputes: We encourage all clients to contact accounts@headwallj.com before initiating any bank disputes to resolve billing concerns directly.
