Please note that Headwall Construction LLC is a boutique firm. To maintain our high standards of oversight, we accept a limited number of new project engagements per calendar year. Professional inquiries are typically reviewed by a Principal within 24 business hours.

Do you provide services outside of Teton County?

While our primary base is Wilson and Jackson Hole, we evaluate landmark projects across the Mountain West on a case-by-case basis, provided they meet our technical management criteria.

How do I submit an RFP or Architectural Set?

Professional sets and Request for Proposals should be sent digitally to bids@headwallj.com. Large files can be shared via Dropbox or Procore links.

Is Headwall fully insured for commercial landmarks?

Yes. We carry a comprehensive $5M aggregate liability package and are fully bonded. Specific insurance certificates are available to our clients and banking partners upon request.

How are project payments handled?

We utilize a secure digital billing portal. For high-value milestones, ACH and Bank Wires are our preferred settlement methods to ensure rapid funding and vendor allocation.
