All services are delivered electronically via the client's registered email address or through our secure digital project management portal. Deliverables typically include strategy documents, campaign dashboards, and performance reports.
Upon successful payment and completion of the onboarding questionnaire, service setup will be initiated within 48 business hours. Recurring performance reports are delivered monthly on the anniversary of the service commencement date.
Delivery is considered complete once the digital deliverables have been transmitted to the client's provided contact email or once the advertising campaigns are live on the respective platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
